Since the world turned digital many things have changed. Music went from being stored on records to CD, film from VHS to DVD, and now television has gone from analogue to digital signal. Books, too, are beginning to succumb to the effects of technological progress, not least in the form of Kindle and its ilk – portable digital book devices which store downloaded books inside them.

Czech writer Karel ?apek introduced the word “Robot” in his play “R.U.R” (Rossum’s Universal Robots) in 1921. “Robot” in Czech comes from the word “robota”, meaning “labor”. The earliest ideas that could be related to the robotics of today was in 350 B.C. by the Greek mathematician Archytas of Tarentum. He created a mechanical bird he called ?The Pigeon.? The bird was propelled by steam. The idea of artificial people dates at least as far back as the ancient legend of Cadmus, who sowed dragon teeth that turned into soldiers; and the myth of Pygmalion, whose statue of Galatea came to life. In classical mythology, the malformed god of metalwork (Vulcan or Hephaestus) created mechanical servants, ranging from intelligent, golden handmaidens to more utilitarian three-legged tables that could move about under their own power. Jewish legend tells of the Golem, an clay statue animated by Kabbalistic magic.

The Indians have created various dance forms to celebrate occasions, express joy and most importantly as a means of worshiping their gods and goddesses. The famous Ajanta and Ellora caves and many other monuments reflect this culture through the sculptures inscribed in the walls. God Nataraja is the god of dance whose sculptures depicts him dancing and getting triumph over the evil. There is a huge variety of different dance forms in India based on geographic location and socio-economical condition of carious states and regions.

The philosophy of Feng shui has become an aspect of interior decoration in several homes and work places today. It is an art of designing your space so that it blends with the environment to create an atmosphere that helps you achieve your goals. It also helps us overcome problems and live in harmony with the world by promoting the flow of positive energy and neutralizing or destructing negative energy. One sure means of achieving this is the wind chime. The tones of windchimes empower the body, mind, and spirit with a healing effect. Their vibrations release our stress and bring about a sense of well being and peace. In fact, wind chimes are revered by Buddhists who hang them from shrines, pagodas, and temples. They are also used by people from Japan, China, Tibet, and Bali in to drive away evil spirits and attract good ones.

The theater arts of India can be divided into Yakshagana, puppetry and dance. Yakshagana depicts a religious story with the help of dialogue delivery and music. A puppeteer used painted figures made out of deer or goatskin, usually, which are moved by the threads and string attached to them. Dances have actors expressing a situation with facial expression in sync with a singer narrating the tale along with music using instruments such as veena and tabla. Since expressions play a vital role, eyes are being highlighted, as they are the key in this type of theater art.

We know she kissed a girl (and liked it), but has Katy Perry headlined her own tour? The answer is no, but that changed last weekend when the 2008 breakout star launched her first headlining tour Jan. 23 at the Showbox in Seattle. The provocative pop singer is slated to take the stage at the 51st annual Grammy Awards on Feb. 8 as part of the My Grammy Moment promotion in which a lucky fan will get to perform alongside Perry in the telecast, but then she will resume her tour. Katy Perry will perform at theaters with 1,000- to 2,000-seat capacities and will wrap up her tour with 11 shows in Europe, including a handful of shows in the U.K. and Japan. As she continues to ride the Billboard charts, young country star Taylor Swift will embark on another journey-her first headlining tour. Taylor Swift’s tour will kick off in Evansville, Ind. April 23 and, according to http://Billboard.com, will feature multiple costume changes and a fairy tale theme. Swift’s sophomore album Fearless has spent eight straight weeks at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart and moved 2.4 million since its November 2008 release. The tour will be in support of the album, which is the top seller of 2009 so far with 287,000 copies in the U.S., according to Nielsen SoundScan. Swift will play three one-offs before the tour, including a March 20 show at Houston’s Livestock Show and Rodeo; Kelli Pickler and up-and-comer Gloriana will open all dates. Swift is slated to play fall dates in the U.K. after her run in North America and a trip to Japan is also on the horizon. Last fall Scott Borchetta, president of Swift’s record label Big Machine, commented on Swift’s stint on the road: “It will be super thrilling for her fans in the States to see photos of her in front of Buckingham Palace, downtown Tokyo and then the next time she’s in Cedar Rapids [Iowa] she’ll be that much a bigger star, but still Taylor-approachable.” Check out http://www.stubhub.com/taylor-swift-tickets for Taylor Swift tickets.

It’s often that chance encounters, the unplanned events, linger, long after the excursions and the sights of a particular trip have faded. It was in 1998 when my wife and I visited central Japan, basing ourselves in Kyoto, having availed ourselves of cheap flights from Bandar Seri Begawan, courtesy of Royal Brunei. I can place the date exactly, because it was during the early group stages of the 1998 World Cup in France. I can remember vividly watching television in a bar and seeing David Beckham being sent off in the game against Argentina. And on the evening that the Japanese team was eliminated, beaten by Croatia, it seemed that the whole nation cried. And then they all got up for work the next day as if nothing had happened, all hubris presumably having been publicly and duly dispatched.

The setting sun cast a shimmering hue of gold across the cerulean sea as I made my way past the outcropping of rock that dotted the pristine shoreline. I was making good time, though thoughts of why and where I was bound seemed inconsequential as I luxuriated in the exquisite feeling of weightlessness that enveloped my body. Inexplicably and without warning I was suddenly drawn into a vortex of sound dominated by the shrill chant of a woman armed with a microphone, who standing ominously over me as I slept repeated the same incomprehensible name over and over again…. As I abruptly sat up in bed it took a bleary eyed moment to realize the madwoman who had somehow managed to enter my room was in reality driving past my apartment in one of the numerous vans that I and the rest of the populous would be subjected to for the next several weeks. General election campaigns in Tokyo were in full boom. From the early morning hours to late evening fleets of these horror-on-wheels invade the city, emitting messages from high powered loudspeakers atop micro buses consisting entirely of an endless repetition of their favorite candidates name.

Businessman:automobiles/computersRacehorse breeder
Walter Haefner (born September 13, 1910) is a billionaire businessman and a Thoroughbred racehorse owner/breeder in Ireland. He was born in Switzerland.
As a young man, Walter Haefner went to work in the auto industry as an employee of the Swiss division of General Motors Corporation. He eventually moved to England where he acquired an automobile franchise before returning home to open a Volkswagen dealership. Recognizing the important role a computer could play in his growing chain of dealerships, in 1957 Haefner became one of the first in Switzerland to import an IBM system for business use. This led to his 1964 creation of Automation Center A.G., a computer services company in Zurich. In 1976 he expanded operations to the United States and after merging his company with Russell Artzt’s and Charles Wang’s Computer Associates in 1987, Haefner is today the company’s largest individual shareholder. A multi-billionaire, he still owns AMAG Automobil- und Motoren, his highly successful Swiss automobile dealership chain. As of 2008, he’s the oldest billonaire at age 98
Moyglare Stud Farm
In 1962 Walter Haefner purchased the 440-acre (1.8km2) Moyglare Stud Farm near the town of Maynooth, County Kildare, in Ireland. His Thoroughbred racehorses have won numerous Group One and British Classic Races in England, Ireland, and France as well as important races at other venues in Europe, North America, Japan, Australia, and Hong Kong.
In the United States, Moyglare’s racing stable was handled by trainer Christophe Clement while Dermot K. Weld is the trainer in charge of its European operations. In 1991, Weld became the first European-based trainer to win a race in Hong Kong when Molyglare’s colt Additional Risk won the Hong Kong Invitational Bowl at Sha Tin Racecourse.
In 1975, the Curragh Racecourse honored Moyglare’s contribution to Irish racing by naming a Group I race the Moyglare Stud Stakes. In 1988, Trinity College, Dublin awarded Walter Haefner an Honorary Doctorate for his services to the Irish bloodstock industry and for his contributions to education in Ireland.

The M16C is a 16-bit embedded microcontroller originally developed and manufactured by Mitsubishi Electric Corporation. It is available in a number of different versions with various amounts of flash memory and uses the same instruction set across the range which allows application developers to keep the same code base and development tools.
R8C microcontrollers
The R8C is a 16-bit microcontroller that was developed as a smaller and cheaper version of the M16C. It retains the M16C’s 16-bit CISC architecture and instruction set, but trades size for performance by reducing the internal data bus from 16 bits to 8 bits. It is available in a number of different versions with up to 128KB of flash memory and SRAM.
All R8C have an internal ring oscillator and can be used without an external resonator. Common interfaces are UART and the R8C/22 and R8C/23 devices have CAN interfaces. Some devices have an internal data flash which is meant as a replacement for a serial EEPROM, although it handles less write cycles as a real serial EEPROM. R8C devices also have On Chip Debugging (see In-circuit emulator).
M32C microcontrollers
The M32C is a 16/32-bit embedded microcontroller originally developed and manufactured by Mitsubishi Electric Corporation as a 32-bit version of the M16C. It is available in a number of different versions with up to 1MB of flash memory and up to 48KB of RAM.

English songstress Lily Allen has notched her second U.K. number one single with “The Fear,” her first being her smash debut single “Smile” in the summer of 2006. Allen’s sophomore album It’s Not Me It’s You will be released February 9 via Regal/EMI across the pond and Capitol in the States. The 23-year-old Allen, who is under near-constant tabloid speculation, recorded the 12-track album at Eagle Rock Studio in Los Angeles with producer/songwriter Greg Kurstin, who also helmed Allen’s debut album. Among the dozen tracks on It’s Not Me It’s You are the country-tinged track “Not Fair,” “He Wasn’t There” (”he” referring to her comedian father who was largely absent from her childhood) and “I Don’t Know,” in which Allen tackles her tabloid persona.

Karaoke units were first developed in Japan some few years ago. They enable one to easily sing along to their favorite tunes thanks to the scrolling lyrics that are seen on the screens. Karaoke gained popularity fast and they spread throughout the world reaching every corner and many songs adopting this strategy in their production. Among the first places to adopt and use this new technology were Indian songs. The producers were very fast to take over and develop the technology further. That is the main reason as to why many Hindi karaoke songs were released and they were among the first to rule the online airwaves, taking everyone by storm.

In the midst of a struggling economy, it’s not only blue collar workers who are feeling the pinch for money as the New Year begins. Politicians are also experiencing the crunch, and one in particular is especially down in debt: Hillary Clinton. The New York senator and former presidential candidate spent millions of dollars in a failed campaign in 2008, and she’s turning to any means possible to help make up for some of that (current) $6.3 million debt racked up while trying to win the democratic nominee position in the presidential campaign.

At this point of her journey, the obstacles jumping in the way may seem complimenting to many underground artists. For Prema, it is a tiresome trek that has built a story for most mainstream artists to respect.

The Plastic Ono Band was a conceptual supergroup formed by John Lennon and Yoko In 1968, John Lennon began his personal and artistic relationship with Yoko Ono by collaborating on the experimental album Unfinished Music No.1: Two Virgins. After a second volume, Unfinished Music No.2: Life With The Lions appeared in the spring of 1969, Lennon and Ono decided that all of their future endeavours would be credited to the Plastic Ono Band. Its credo, “YOU are the Plastic Ono Band”, implied that everyone was part of the group. In fact, the Plastic Ono Band was an identity to describe works by Lennon and Ono and whoever happened to be performing with them. Lennon and Ono would both use the nomenclature for years on their future solo albums. The single release of “Give Peace a Chance” in July 1969, recorded in a hotel room in Montreal, Quebec with many participants, was the first release to bear the credit of Plastic Ono Band.
The only album solely credited to the Plastic Ono Band, Live Peace in Toronto 1969, was recorded during the Toronto Rock and Roll Revival Festival in September that year and featured Eric Clapton on lead guitar, Klaus Voorman on bass (an old friend of Lennon’s from Germany, who was famous for the cover art of the Beatles’ Revolver album), and Alan White on drums. Fronting the group, naturally, were Lennon and Ono.
Just after its recording, “Cold Turkey”, Lennon’s tale of breaking his brief heroin addiction, was released as a single under the banner of the Plastic Ono Band, again featuring the Live Peace In Toronto 1969 line-up. By early 1970, Lennon and Ono had begun adding their names to their releases (”Instant Karma!” coming out as “John Lennon with the Plastic Ono Band”, and their two proper solo debut albums: John Lennon/Plastic Ono Band and Yoko Ono/Plastic Ono Band). By 1971 the name was being used as a secondary credit, with Lennon’s and Ono’s names the most prominent on their solo ventures, and with occasional variances (e.g., “the Plastic Ono Nuclear Band”, “the Plastic U.F.Ono Band,” or, when they performed with Frank Zappa, “the Plastic Ono Mothers”).
Before 2009, the last use of the Plastic Ono Band was credited on Lennon’s 1975 retrospective release Shaved Fish. However, recently, Yoko Ono made an apparence on Sean Lennon’s new label’s album Chimera music release no.0 with the Plastic Ono Band attached to her name for the first time since her 1973 album Feeling the space. She also performed at The Liquid Room in Tokyo, Japan on January 21st with the 2009 linup of other Chimera Music Artists. She performed as the Plastic Ono Band.

With many years in the entertainment business, Miki’s latest CD, Private Collection makes the listener think of her and the CD content as similar to a collection of fine, developing wine. Aside from a string of Billboard R&B top rated singles, and success with nominations from Grammies, American Music Awards, Soul Train Music Awards and others, how many singers and actresses could pull off portraying the legendary Billy Holliday? Outside of Diana Ross, Miki Howard did to rave reviews in Spikes Lee’s highly acclaimed, Academy Award nominated 1990 masterpiece, Malcolm X.

The piano as we all know is a big and bulky musical instrument played through a keyboard; however what most of us may not know is how it produces sound; by striking steel strings with small hammers made out of felt and after a rebound of these hammers the strings continue to vibrate at peak amplitude and frequency (or their resonant frequency). The vibrations from the steel strings are then amplified by the soundboard through a bridge (a device which supports the steel strings) producing sound.

It has been suggested that Conditional access system be merged into this article or section. (Discuss)
Conditional Access (abbreviated CA) is the protection of content by requiring certain criteria to be met before granting access to this content. The term is commonly used in relation to digital television systems, most notably satellite television.
Conditional access in DVB
Under the DVB, conditional access system standards are defined in the specification documents for DVB-CA (Conditional Access), DVB-CSA (the Common Scrambling Algorithm) and DVB-CI (the Common Interface). These standards define a method by which a digital television stream can be obfuscated, with access provided only to those with valid decryption smart cards. The DVB specifications for Conditional Access are available from the standards page on the DVB website.
This is achieved by a combination of scrambling and encryption. The data stream is scrambled with an 8-byte secret key, called the control word. Knowing the value of the control word at a given moment is of relatively little value, because it changes very frequently, about every 10 seconds. The control word is generated automatically and randomly, in such a way that successive values are not predictable; the DVB specification recommends using a physical process for that.
In order for the receiver to unscramble the data stream, it must be permanently informed about the current value of the control word. In practise, it must be informed slightly in advance, so that no viewing interruption occurs. Encryption is used to protect the control word during transmission to the receiver: the control word is encrypted as an entitlement control message (ECM). The CA subsystem in the receiver will decrypt the control word only when authorised to do so; that authority is sent to the receiver in the form of an entitlement management message (EMM). The EMMs are specific to each subscriber, as identified by the smart card in his receiver, or to groups of subscribers, and are issued much less frequently than ECMs, perhaps at monthly intervals. This being apparently not sufficient to prevent unauthorized viewing, TPS has lowered this interval down to about 12 minutes.
The contents of ECMs and EMMs are not standardized and as such they depend on the conditional access system being used.
The control word can be transmitted through different ECMs at once. This allows the use of several conditional access systems at the same time, a DVB feature called simulcrypt, which saves bandwidth and encourages multiplex operators to cooperate. DVB Simulcrypt is widespread in Europe; some channels, like the CNN International Europe from the Hot Bird satellites, can use 7 different CA systems in parallel.
The decryption cards are read, and sometimes updated with specific access rights, either through a Conditional Access Module (CAM), a PC card-format card reader meeting DVB-CI standards, or through a built-in ISO 7816 card reader, such as that in the Sky Digibox.
Several companies provide competing CA systems; VideoGuard, Irdeto Access, Nagravision, Conax, Viaccess, Latens, Verimatrix and Mediaguard (a.k.a. SECA) are among the most commonly used CA systems.
Due to the common usage of CA in DVB systems, many tools to aid in or even directly circumvent encryption exist. CAM emulators and multiple-format CAMs exist which can either read several card formats or even directly decrypt a compromised encryption scheme. Most multiple format CAMs and all CAMs that directly decrypt a signal are based on reverse engineering of the CA systems. A large proportion of the systems currently in use for DVB encryption have been opened to full decryption at some point, including Nagravision, Conax, Viaccess and Mediaguard (v1).
Conditional access in the USA
In the United States cable systems, the standard for conditional access is provided with CableCARDs whose specification was developed by the cable company consortium CableLabs. Cable companies in the US are required by the Federal Communications Commission to support CableCARDs, but standards exist only for one way communication and do not apply to satellite television. Next generation approaches in the United States eschew such physical cards and employ schemes using downloadable software for conditional access such as DCAS. The main appeal of such approaches is that the access control may be upgraded dynamically in response to security breaches without requiring expensive exchanges of physical conditional access modules. Another appeal is that it may be inexpensively incorporated into non-traditional media display devices such as Portable media players.

Music Medicine Soothes the Soul and the Body
Researchers throughout the world are reporting intriguing new ways about how sound vibration heals the body, mind, spirit and the environment. The words people choose to speak and the music people listen to have profound power to decrease pain, draw people out of emotional and mental isolation and even clear polluted water. And scientists are discovering that certain deep space sounds are amazingly similar to the sounds of dolphins, Tibetan bowls and human choirs.

Tura Satana at IMDb
Tura Satana, born Tura Luna Pascual Yamaguchi July 10, 1938 in Hokkaid?, Japan, is a Japanese-born American actress and former exotic dancer. She is mostly remembered for her role as “Varla” in Russ Meyer’s 1965 cult film, Faster, Pussycat! Kill! Kill!.
Early life
Satana’s father was a silent movie actor of Japanese and Filipino descent, and her mother was a circus performer of American Indian (Cheyenne) and Scots-Irish background. After the end of World War II and a stint in the Manzanar internment camp in Lone Pine, California, she and her family moved to the Westside of Chicago. She developed breasts very early and, despite being an excellent student, was constantly harassed for her figure and Asian heritage. Walking home from school at the age of nine she was gang raped by five men. Her attackers were never prosecuted and it was rumored that the judge had been paid off. This prompted her to learn the martial arts of aikido and karate and, over the next 15 years, track down each rapist and enact revenge. “I made a vow to myself that I would someday, somehow get even with all of them,” she said years later. “They never knew who I was until I told them.”
Because of the rape and the bribed judge, she was sent to reform school as a teenager and became the leader of a gang. In an interview with Psychotronic Video, she said, “We had leather motorcycle jackets, jeans and boots and we kicked butt.” At 13, she was married in Hernando, Mississippi, a short-lived union arranged by her parents and the family of her 17-year-old groom.
Satana then came to Los Angeles at age 13 with a fake ID and tried her hand at blues singing. When that failed, she started modeling as a bathing suit photography model and posed nude for the silent screen comic Harold Lloyd, who did not know she was underage. Lloyd told Satana she should be in films because she was photogenic. While working as a photographic model, Satana contracted makeup poisoning and could not wear any makeup due to the ensuing skin erosions. She returned to Chicago to live with her parents and started dancing. Satana danced at the Club Rendevouz in Calumet City, Illinois, where she was known as Galatea, the Statue that Came to Life. She danced legitimately at first, but was offered a raise to become a stripper. She eventually became a successful exotic dancer, traveling from city to city and working with Rose Le Rose, Maxine Martin The Skyscraper Girl, Tempest Storm, Candy Barr and Stunning Smith the Purple Lady. Satana credits silent film star and 3D photographer Harold Lloyd with giving her the confidence to pursue a career in show business: “I saw myself as an ugly child. Mr. Lloyd said, ‘You have such a symmetrical face, the camera loves your face…you should be seen.”" Because of her dancing, face and figure, she was ultimately voted one of the 10 Best Undressed Burlesque Dancers of the 20th Century by Bill Hanna of Hanna-Barbera.
At 19, Satana got pregnant, but continued dancing for the next eight months, earning a typical weekly salary of about $1,500.
Acting career
During her early career, Satana appeared on television shows such as Burke’s Law, The Girl From U.N.C.L.E., The Greatest Show On Earth, Hawaiian Eye, and The Man From U.N.C.L.E.. She also appeared as a dancer in Who’s Been Sleeping in My Bed? with Dean Martin and Elizabeth Montgomery. That same year, she had a cameo as a Parisian prostitute in the musical Irma La Douce with Jack Lemmon and Shirley Maclaine.
After starring in Faster, Pussycat! Kill! Kill!, Satana worked mainly with cult film director Ted V. Mikels in such films as The Astro-Zombies (1968), The Doll Squad (1974) and Mark of the Astro-Zombies (2002). She has also appeared as herself in various documentaries and TV shows including The Incredibly Strange Film Show (1988), A & E’s documentary called “Cleavage”(2003),Strip de velours (2005) and Sugar Boxx (2007) which is currently in post production and co-stars fellow Russ Meyer alumna Kitten Natividad.
Faster Pussycat! Kill Kill!
Satana’s most noted screen role is Varla in the 1965 film Faster, Pussycat! Kill! Kill! – a very aggressive and sexual female character for which she did all of her own stunts and fight scenes. Renowned film critic…(and so on) To get More information , you can visit some products about bedroom slipper, slipper soles, . The 2007 hot shoes products should be show more here!

Dragon Ball Z: Broly – Second Coming, known in Japan as ???????Z ??????!????????? (Doragon B?ru Zetto Kiken na Futari! S?p? Senshi wa Nemurenai ,lit. “Dragon Ball Z: The Dangerous Duo! Super-Warriors Never Rest”?), is the tenth Dragon Ball Z feature movie. It was released in Japan on March 12, 1994 between episodes 220 and 221. It is the sequel to Broly: The Legendary Super Saiyan. It was released in North America in 2005.
In 2007, FUNimation re-released this movie and Broly: The Legendary Super Saiyan on Blu-ray. Both feature full HD 1080p (or 720p) resolution with digitally remastered animation, and an enhanced 5.1 surround mix.
Summary
The film opens with a Saiyan Space pod flying through space and crash-landing on Earth. The crash causes a small crater to appear, and a Super Saiyan crawls out: Broly, the Legendary Super Saiyan. As the weather gets colder, Broly’s power decreases, and he reverts back from his Legendary Super Saiyan form to his mastered Super Saiyan form, until he finally loses consciousness and turns back into his normal form. Water pours over, and freezes, trapping the sleeping Broly and preserving him.
Seven years later, Goku is deceased having sacrificed his life to save the Earth and his second son, Goten, as well as Trunks and Videl are looking for the Dragonballs because Videl wants to see Shenron. During their search, they find that there is a local village called Nataday that is ruled by a priest, who always seems to think that everything in the world is a curse. The residents of Nataday village claim that they are usually terrorized by a monster, and their only source of help is the priest’s preaching.
Goten, Trunks and Videl decide to make a plan to rid Natady Village of the monster by leaving food for it and hiding in a chest next to it. However, Trunks and Goten’s hunger gets the better of them and Trunks sneaks an apple, but Videl doesn’t allow Goten to do so, eventually smacking him across the face and causing him to cry a lot. Goten moans and cries (actually pretending) while Videl attempts to apologize, until she finally gives in and hands him a piece of bread.
Then, the monster appears, and turns out to be a dinosaur. After playing around with the dinosaur, Goten and Trunks kill it, and share the meat with Videl and the villagers. The priest is then rejected by the villagers for not being a competent savior, and thrown out of the village. With Nataday village now a peaceful place to live, Goten, Trunks and Videl depart to continue their Dragonball hunt.
However, unknown to them, Goten’s cries shatter a layer of ice, the same layer of ice which Broly is encased in. Broly awoke in the ice due to Goten’s crying (As it reminded him of Goku’s crying, which Broly hated Goku for) and shatters the ice, enraged and emerging as a mastered Super Saiyan.
Night time falls as Goten, Trunks and Videl fall asleep so they can continue their quest the next day to bring Shenron out. Early morning Videl is awakened by loud explosions in the distant and takes off flying to investigate the explosions by the nearby lake. Here, Videl is confronted by a huge, young man with white trousers, earrings, a red belt, no top, and blond hair: Broly in his mastered Super Saiyan form.
While Broly and Videl confront each other, Goten and Trunks see what is happening, and try to convince Broly to stop. But when Broly sets his eyes on Goten, his rage comes to the surface, because he mistakes Goten for Goku, due to their similar looks and cries, as well as Broly’s deteriorating mental state. Broly turns his attention to Goten and Trunks who then both proceed to transform into mastered Super Saiyans. Broly battles them both, pounding them seriously.
During the battle, Goten’s eyes fall on the nearby last Dragonball, so Trunks tries to distract Broly by mooning and taunting him while Goten gets the Dragonball. Unfortunately, Goten tries to summon Shenron behind a waterfall so that Broly doesn’t see him, and Shenron does not appear. Just as Broly is about to finish Goten and Trunks…(and so on) To get More information , you can visit some products about Portable MPEG Player, pro cd player, . In a way, Creedence Clearwater Revival was lucky. Based in the terminally unhip East Bay suburb of El Cerrito, looking to classic rock & roll and the Beatles for inspiration in their early incarnation as the Golliwogs instead of the folk-rock which powered the San Francisco scene’s big-name bands, they were shunned by the psychedelic ballrooms and had lots of time to refine a sound that was completely their own. The result was a run of nine Top Ten singles (and one, “Suzie Q,” which peaked at number 11) of a directness and simplicity that the other bands missed. For this, they were derided by the hipoisie, who seem to have forgotten that popular music was supposed to be, um, popular.

The world of music, songs and artists is graced by beats of drums, whose lilting tunes can enliven drooping spirits and rejuvenate frayed nerves. Pass any number of local clubs or bars on any given night in Japan, and you will no doubt hear the off key refrain of people participating in one of the countries all time favorite activities: karaoke. Although there are conflicting reports on how this popular form of recreation came about, most people agree that it most likely began in Kobe in the early 1970’s, when a popular singer by the name of Daisuke Inoue introduced the concept after being asked frequently by guests to provide a recording of his performances they could sing along with on company sponsored vacations. Realizing the potential, Inoue developed a karaoke machine that played background music of his most popular songs for the price of 100 yen. Originally regarded as a fad which lacked the atmosphere of a live performance, Inoue leased his machines to stores instead of selling them outright. As the form of entertainment gradually became more popular, karaoke machines were eventually placed in restaurants and hotel rooms. Unfortunately Inoue never bothered to patent his invention, and lost his chance at becoming one of Japan’s richest men when Roberto del Rosario, a Filipino inventor, secured the patent in 1983 for his sing along system referred to as Minus-One. The first karaoke machines on the market used cassette tapes, which were later replaced with CD’s, VCD’s, Laserdiscs, and currently DVDs.

I want to introduct something about .
The term classic airsoft is used to describe any airsoft items that were produced before the advent of the modern electric guns (AEGs). The term is debatable; the common consensus is that for an airsoft gun to be a “classic” it must have been made before 1995, but there are exceptions. For example, many newer gas guns from companies like Tanaka and Digicon are often called classics, despite many of them being made after 1995. Owning a classic airsoft item is considered a status symbol among those in the airsoft community.
The origins of airsoft
Despite misconceptions that airsoft originated much later, it was actually first played in the late 1970s, stemming from the concept of realistic-looking guns that shot non-lethal projectiles for sporting and simulation purposes. There were guns of this style before airsoft, such as the Mattel “Shootin’ Shell” guns of the late 1950s. The US military even tinkered with ideas of this type after World War II. The BB guns that existed before shot metal BBs that could do a lot of damage to a person and in rare cases, kill them. Mattel’s guns were a novelty at best though.
Airsoft filled a void. It originated in Japan, where owning real guns was generally illegal. The first manufacturers were long-standing toy companies such as Masudaya, Fujimi, and Matsushiro. These companies decided it would be a good (and profitable) idea to market BB guns that could be safely shot at others in a similar manner to paintball guns, which were also becoming popular at that time. These guns were spring-powered, single-shot weapons and were often very crude in nature. Many used odd, proprietary ammunition, such as the 7 mm “Long Range” ammo some Masudaya guns used, or the soft rubber ammo used in TradeMark’s guns. Eventually, it was realized that a standard-size round BB would be cheaper and more efficient to produce. There were a variety of companies making guns during the late 1970s and early 1980s.
Daisy enters the fray
The Daisy company had been known for over a century as the premiere producer of BB guns in the US. So in the early 80s, they decided to market airsoft in North America. Up until that time, airsoft was virtually unheard of outside of Japan. Daisy contracted the Maruzen company of Japan to manufacture a line of spring-powered guns to sell in the US. Most of these guns already existed in Japan and were essentially re-packaged for sale in North America. These guns used special BBs loaded into simulated shell casings. The line included:
Rifles/Submachine guns/Shotguns
Interdynamics KG-9 (Model 12)
IMI Mini-Uzi (Model 13)
Ruger Mini-14 (Model 14)
Heckler and Koch MP5K (Model 15) (though not accurate in external design)
Remington Wingmaster shotgun (Model 870)
M1918A2 (BAR)
Pistols
Colt Python .44 (Model 4)
Luger 9 mm Softair (Model
Beretta M-92 U.S. Army sidearm (Model 9)
Walther P-38 (Model 38)
Colt .45 Auto U.S. Army sidearm (Model 45)
.357 Magnum revolver (Model 57)
All models were manufactured by Maruzen except the Model 15 H&K MP5K, which was made by Falcon Toy Corp.
These guns were as realistic in appearance as an airsoft or model gun had been up until this point, and many anti-gun and anti-violence organizations showed disfavor towards these items in America.

To eliminate the contamination, normally people are using manual cleaning, UV light disinfection (as HF 151UV and HF 212UV), or HEPA filter filtration. However, none of them can offer a complete solution to eliminate contamination. Anime and Manga Captivates All Age Groups
Japanese Anime
Although the artwork is cartoon style, Anime is much more than just a “cartoon” to its fans. While traditional cartoons in the United States are either humorous, or simplistic “good versus evil” storylines, the typical Japanese anime series offers characters who evolve as the series moves along and deals with complex real-life issues, such as friendship, love, loss, even the reality and acceptance of death.

For an indie band with a serious poppy sound, Death Cab for Cutie is doing pretty well raking in the dough via mainstream tours and albums. The group recently announced their plans to support their 2008 album Narrow Stairs with a spring concert, hitting up Japan (Nagoya, Tokyo and Osaka) and Australia (Freemantle, Adelaide, Melbourne, Newtown and Brisbane) before making a few US appearances in March. As the group’s first number one album, Narrow Stairs promotion is well worth the effort and move from their current cult status to mainstream rockers. Selling over 144,000 copies in its first week, Narrow Stairs follow up other mellow indie rockers like Dashboard Confessional as Death Cab for Cutie slowly make their way to superstardom.

Black Rain is a 1989 American action-thriller film starring Michael Douglas, Andy Garcia, Ken Takakura, Kate Capshaw and Yusaku Matsuda. The film was directed by Ridley Scott.
The story is centered on two New York City police officers who arrest a member of the Japanese Yakuza and must escort him back to Japan. Once there, he escapes, and the two police officers find themselves dragged deeper and deeper into the Japanese underworld. This film illustrates the stereotypes of American and Japanese cops and gangsters. The film was nominated for Oscars in Best Sound and Best Sound Effects Editing.
Plot
Nick Conklin (Michael Douglas) is a skilled motorcyclist and a tough veteran New York City police officer facing possible criminal charges; Internal Affairs believes Nick might have been involved with his partner who was caught in a corruption scandal. Nick is divorced from his wife, who has custody of their two children, and he has money problems because of this.
While having a drink at a local Italian restaurant/bar, Nick and his partner Charlie Vincent (Andy Garcia) observe a group of Japanese having what appears to be a friendly lunch with some Italian gangsters. Nick is increasingly suspicious of the group until another Japanese man enters the restaurant with several armed henchmen and seizes a small package at gunpoint from the leader of the Japanese group. As the man turns to leave, one of the Japanese men at the table says something he finds insulting and he slashes the man’s throat, stabs another in the chest, and then walks out. Nick and Charlie follow immediately and, after a short chase, arrest the suspect after he nearly kills Nick.
The suspect turns out to be a Yakuza gangster by the name of Sato (Yusaku Matsuda). The situation is further complicated when Nick superior officer, Captain Oliver (John Spencer), tells him that Sato is to be extradited to Osaka and given to the police there. Nick is angry that Sato will not be tried for murder in the United States, but agrees to escort him to Japan. Nick captain also has an ulterior motive for sending Nick overseas, thinking it will keep Nick from causing more trouble and exacerbating the already biased Internal Affairs investigation of him.
When they arrive in Osaka, men identifying themselves as Japanese police immediately meet them on the plane, display a “transfer document” written in Japanese which turns out to be an insurance policy, and take Sato into their custody, leaving the plane by the rear exit. As Nick and Charlie are about to get off the plane themselves, another group of police enter from the front and identify themselves in English, indicating that the first “cops” were imposters.
Nick and Charlie are taken to the headquarters of the Osaka Prefecture of Police and questioned. They are also blamed for Sato escape. After much haranguing by Nick (who shows signs of xenophobia) towards the Japanese, who mostly refuse to acknowledge that they can speak English, he and Charlie are allowed to bserve the hunt for Sato. However, the senior police officer emphasises that they have no authority in Japan and are forbidden to carry their guns.
They are assigned to Masahiro Matsumoto, a mild-mannered and experienced officer, who will be their guide.
During the investigation Nick breaches protocol several times, offending Matsumoto. He also makes contact with an American blond nightclub hostess, Joyce (Kate Capshaw), who explain that the Japanese public, including the giggling hostesses in the club, all believe that Nick and Charlie are jokes because they allowed Sato to easily fool them and escape from custody, and represent American inefficiency and stupidity. Through her, Nick discovers that Sato is fighting a gang war with a notorious crime boss, Sugai (Tomisaburo Wakayama). Sato used to be an enforcer for Sugai and now wants his own territory to rule. Sato had traveled to New York to disrupt a meeting with American Italian gangsters about a counterfeiting scheme being set up by Sugai.
Late one night, Nick and Charlie walk back to their hotel slightly drunk and unescorted, despite several previous warnings about their safety from Matsumoto. They are harassed by a young punk on a motorcycle, and it seems to be a joke until the…(and so on) To get More information , you can visit some products about hot roll steel, solenoid valve coil, . Ever since ancient times, wherever people have congregated for social gatherings, singing and accompanying hand-clapping have been a part of the festivities. Even if a person’s voice was not good, his rendition of a song would lead to laughter from the other guests and would still enliven the party. It was therefore inevitable that karaoke songs would develop. The karaoke phenomenon got its start in Japan, a country known for its boisterous bar parties. Legend has it that a musical group was supposed to perform at a snack bar in Kobe City, but when the guitarists failed to show up, the bar owner played tapes of accompanying music and let the vocalist sing to it. Enjoying the spectacle, bar goers also started to contribute and sing along. Thus, karaoke– an abbreviated Japanese compound word taken from “karappo” meaning empty and “okesutura” meaning orchestra—was born.
